The car was purchased in 1999 by the current owner, who is the third owner. It has always been regularly serviced, kept in a garage, and used for gatherings or short drives.
According to Porsche, there are only 10 models in Europe in this condition, without any restorations, fires, or accidents. The car has always been in Italy and is excellently preserved, making it a rare find for Porsche enthusiasts and collectors.

Vehicle Certification:

Bodywork: The bodywork has its original paint but has been refreshed only on the left front side due to a small scratch. No filler or other repairs have been done, only a refresh. The entire bodywork matches and is in excellent condition for its age, exceptionally well-preserved.

Glass and windshield: All the glass and windshield are original Porsche, except for the front windshield, which was replaced four years ago with another Porsche windshield.

Interior conditions: The interior features full leather upholstery, slightly worn but in good condition. Only the driver's seat has been reconditioned, with the leather replaced using original Porsche leather.

Tires: The tires are at 60% tread. The front tires are Pirelli with dimensions 205/55/R16, and the rear tires are 245/45/R16. If desired, the rear tires can be changed to increase their width according to the specifications in the vehicle manual. The wheels are in excellent condition.

Technical evaluation of the vehicle:

Engine: The engine was overhauled at approximately 160,000 km at the Marroco workshop in Latina. Invoices are available, showing a cost of 16,000 euros. During the overhaul, all gaskets, piston rings, and worn parts were replaced. The exhaust system and shock absorbers were also replaced, using original Porsche parts.

Air/oil cooling system: The cooling system is in good condition, regenerated, and free from leaks.

Belts: The belts were replaced in 2020.

Fuel injection pump: The pump may require calibration as it occasionally produces a slight tinkling noise. However, this does not affect its excellent functionality.

Fuel: The vehicle uses 100-octane gasoline, and minor modifications were made to the bearings to allow the use of unleaded fuel without causing wear.

Exhaust system: The manifolds are original, but a new Porsche exhaust system has been installed.

Turbocharger: The turbocharger is in good condition.

4-speed manual transmission: The transmission has been serviced, and the oil has been changed. It is in perfect working order. This vehicle, when it was released in 1987, was known as the "widow-maker" because the 4-speed transmission delivered high performance, causing significant power to the rear wheels. This sometimes led to front-wheel lift and loss of traction in the rear. It became so popular that Porsche enthusiasts would purchase kits to make their Carrera models resemble this one.

Driveshaft: The driveshaft is in good condition.

Differential: The differential's oil has been replaced and is in good condition.

Clutch: The clutch was replaced in 2019, and the invoice from Porsche is available. It includes a new pressure plate, disc, bearings, and brake pads, all purchased as a complete kit.

Joints and half-shafts: The joints and half-shafts are in excellent condition, with no rust and a well-maintained appearance.

Flywheel: The flywheel is in order.

Wheel bearings: The wheel bearings are new.

Braking system: The braking system has been revised and is in good working order.

No power steering.

New shock absorbers, with the suspension having traveled less than 10,000 km.

Electrical system: The electrical system has been revised, except for the passenger side lock, which operates with the key.

Dashboard instruments: The dashboard instruments include a speedometer, tachometer, oil pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge, ammeter, and clock (the clock's hands do not work). All instruments are rigorously Porsche originals.

Turn signals and headlights are in order.

Alternator: The alternator is functioning properly.

Starter motor: The starter motor is in order.

Windshield wipers: The windshield wipers . Electric windows, electric heated seats, and electric rearview mirrors are present in the vehicle. It has a new 100 ampere battery from Warta.

The vehicle also features an electric sunroof. However, there is a small 5 cm cut under the hood.

According to Porsche, there are only 10 models in Europe in this condition. The car has never undergone restoration, has never been involved in fires or accidents. It has always been in Italy and is an excellently preserved and rare piece to find for Porsche collectors.
