The clear voice and inflections burnished in the medium, good volume, but not overflowing, and supported by an excellent technical preparation, perhaps the finest of the period, as concerns tenor, plus the razor sharp diction, only occasionally affected by a " they "drawling Emilian origin and sense of phrasing, allowed him to impose itself to the public and critics, although not provided with proper exceptional natural gifts. Although the extension, when the best vocal form, was remarkable, covering the gamut from LA under the staff up to the D flat sopracuto photograph by the famous tenor, dated 02.24.1952
