Fiorenza Cossotto (Crescentino 1935)
He graduated from the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Turin and subsequently reported by maestro Ettore Campogalliani, participated in the contest for the school of La Scala, which won. He started his career right in the Milan theater December 22, 1956 in The Fiery Angel , which was followed for about three years, a long series of leading roles: Sister Matilde, Suzuki, Fenena, Neris, Maddalena, Siebel, Madelon, Preziosilla ; only occasionally interrupted by some the most important part series, such as Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro and especially Giovanna Seymour in Anna Bolena at the Wexford Festival in 1958, which earned her a high apprezzameno by the English critics.

Although gradually absorbed by the most famous roles of the nineteenth-century repertoire, the Cossotto not neglected, especially in the early part of his career, the repertoire of the 700 and early 800 (The Secret Marriage, Xerxes, Lucio Silla, The touchstone, Opportunity makes the thief, the monk 'nnamorato, Varro and Perrica, I Capuleti ei Montecchi), and the contemporary repertoire, including the first performances of La donna e mobile Gian Francesco Malipiero (Piccola Scala, 1957), the school for wives of Virgil Mortari (Piccola Scala, 1959), the island of Vieri Tosatti treasure (Teatro Comunale di Bologna, 1958) and the filming of the Cordovan Goffredo Petrassi (Piccola Scala, 1959) and Mavra by Igor 'Stravinsky (Small Scale, 1960 ).
He continued his career until 2005, when he appeared in Suor Angelica in Liege. He was married with low Ivo Vinco.
