Antenore Reali (Verona 1897 - Milano 1960)

It is featuring an extremely wide voice, very dark and very extensive found in the dramatic repertoire, from Verdi to all the realism, their best candidates. Among the most popular roles Scarpia, Alfio, Tonio, Rigoletto, Amonasro, Gerard, as well as Rossini's Figaro.

Artistic activity, which began in 1921 in the hometown in Rigoletto, was conducted mainly in Italy (among others La Scala, the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome, Teatro Regio di Parma, the Teatro Donizetti in Bergamo, La Fenice Venice, the San Carlo in Naples, the Teatro Comunale in Bologna. Abroad he has conducted in Belgium and the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Rotterdam).

He has participated in several world premieres, including Mary of Alexandria by Giorgio Federico Ghedini in 1937 in Bergamo.

For health reasons he retired from the stage in 1952.
