Ida Bergamasco ( Firenze ? 1880 - ? 1954)

He received his education in singing school teacher Teofilio Toledano in Florence. There he also made his debut at the Teatro Della Pergola as Emilia in ' "Otello" by Verdi (1903). In the 1905-1906 season he appeared at the Teatro Dal Verme in Milan. At the Teatro Costanzi in Rome she sang the roles of Magdalene '' Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg '', for Herodias '' Salome '' by R. Strauss, and Euphemia the first Italian opera '' Don Procopio '' G. Bizet. He made appearances at the Teatro Municipale in Piacenza (1908, as Marguerite in '' La damnation de Faust '' by H. Berlioz, in 1913 as Adalgisa in '' Norma ''), the Municipal Theater of Reggio Emilia (1916, as in Charlotte '' Werther '' by J. Massenet). There was also at the Teatro Alla Scala in Milan, where he debuted in 1918 as Amneris in '' Aida '' and sang the title role in the premiere of '' Urania '' A. Favara. In 1919 she sang at the Arena di Verona the role of Nefte in "The Prodigal Son" by A. Ponchielli. His repertoire included roles as Azucena in "Trovatore," Eboli in "Don Carlos" by G. Verdi, Preziosilla in "La forza del destino", Ulrica in "Un Ballo in Maschera," Leonora in "La forza del destino" by G. Donizetti. Donizetti's La Favorita, Dalila in Samson et Dalila by C. Saint-Saëns, Ortrud in Lohengrin, Fricka in Die Walkure, Laura in La Gioconda by Ponchielli and Suzuki in Madame Butterfly. He appeared in the first of the works '' Lost in the '' dark Stefano Donaudy (Palermo, in 1907 as Livia Blanchard) and '' The Bride of Corinth '' by Pietro Canonica (1918, Teatro Argentina Rome).
