Rosetta Noli (Genova 1922 - Genova 2018)

He debuted in 1948 as Nedda in Pagliacci, beginning a brief but intense career, the door to the Rome Opera as Micaela in Carmen, alongside Giulietta Simionato and Mario Del Monaco, and as Daisy in Mefistofele, who was the favorite role and for which he is best remembered. Also in Mefistofele, in 1952 he made his debut at La Scala, where it has two seasons playing La Bohème, Faust and The Love of Danae. It appears in the main Italian and French theaters, as well as in the aforementioned securities, Manon, Otello, La Traviata, Madama Butterfly, Turandot (Liù), La Bohème by Ruggero Leoncavallo. After retiring from the stage plays for a long time as a teacher in Genoa, Vercelli and the Opera School of Paris. It was Aunt tenor Ottavio Garaventa.
