18k white and yellow gold, set with sardonica cameo shell depicting an "amorino with a jar", brilliant cut diamonds ca. 0.12 ct, G, VS. Signed "ROVIAN" and stamped"750". Front dimensions 30 x 25 mm. Weight 9 gr. Item condition grading: ***** excellent. Size ITA 13 - US 6,5
