English sterling silver salver - London 1765, mark of Thomas Hannam & John Crouch or John Carter

round shaped with applied gadroon borders bright-cut engraving and a monogrammed cartouche, resting on three clawed feet. Fully hallmarked London 1765-66, silversmiths Thomas Hannam & John Crouch or John Carter (Rif. Jackson pag. 57, 212, Grimwade pag 200). Diameter 32.5 cm. Weight 989 gr. Item condition grading: ***** excellent.
