English sterling silver Georgian cup - London 1756, mark of WILLIAM SHAW II and WILLIAM PREIST

cup and cover cup with two leaf capped double scroll handles. Sterling silver, fully hallmarked London 1756-57, silversmiths William Shaw II and William Preist (Ref. Jackson's page 57, Grimwade page 236 nr 3335). Foot diameter 9.6 cm, rim diameter 11 cm, height 25 cm, width with handle 17.5 cm. Weight 1000 gr. Item condition grading: **** good.
