OMEGA: gold and diamonds lady's wristwatch, 1950s

18k white case and bracelet, silvered dial with silvered indexes and spheres. The bezel set with huit-cut diamonds totalling 0.80 ct and sapphires, oval crystal with faceted perimeter. Mechanical movement with manual winding.
Bracelet length 17.5 cm. Total weight 36.3 g.
Item condition grading: ***** excellent.
Without box and papers.
