Continental gold, onyx and pearl pendant - 19th century

yellow gold in the form of a star set with frech water cultured pearls, set with an oval onyx cameo with a profile of a woman with curly hair turned to the left.
Diameter 3.5 cm. Weight 8.4 cm.
