Long necklace model Laccio with up and down - early 20th century

12K yellow gold, with long chain in "foxtail" link, heart-shaped center with decorations in cord motifs, set with Mediterranean coral cabochons (corallium rubrum) and imitation pearls, 2 side pendants.
Weight 38.5 g. Total length 61 cm.
