Gold and silver bar brooch with rose-cut diamonds, rubies and emeralds

12k yellow gold and 900/1000 silver, set with a central emerald surrounded by rose-cut diamonds, and a pair of small cabochon rubies. Hallmarked "12k - 1801 AL".
Length 90 mm. Weight 10.6 g.
Item condition grading: **** good.
