18K JELLOW GOLD WRISTWATCH, VACHERON CONSTANTIN REF 4600 - CIRCA 1949.; snap caseback, 17 Jewels hand-winding movement cal. P453/3B, adjusted to temperatures, serial number 498918; white dial with gold arabic numerals markers & hands, seconds at 6 o' clock. Back with inner markings Vacheron Constantin Swiss, 326896, 136, 18K, 0.750. Leather band with jellow gold plated buckle (aftermarket). 35 mm diameter case (not including crown), thickness 9.5 mm, log to log distance 43 mm. Item condition grading. **** good. It cames with original warranty.
