German silver sculpture - Berlin, second half of the 19th century, mark of FRANÇOIS LOUIS JEREMIE SY AND EMIL AUGUST ALBERT WAGNER

depicting a fountain composed of various elements: at the base four dolphins holding a shell and in the center two tritons holding a torpedo. The whole rests on an agate base set with turquoise paste, citrine quartz and amethyst.
It bears the inscriptions ""Sy & Wagner. Berlin 900. - H. Zacharias Inv. et Mod.""; by François Louis Jeremie Sy and Emil August Albert Wagner, Berlin, designed by Hugo Zacharias, Erfur.


Height x width x depth: 18 x 26.5 x 16.5 cm. Total weight: 4560 g.
