18k white gold, small flower motif in sapphires, rubies and diamonds, four old mine-cut diamonds in the centre. N. 24 round shape composite cut blue sapphires ca. 1.80 ct. N. 12 round shape composite cut rubies ca. 0.90 ct. N. 5 round shape brilliant cut diamonds ca. 0.30 ct, F-G, VVS-VS. N. 4 irregular shape old mine cut diamonds ca. 4.40 ct.

IT ring size 16 - US ring size 7.5. Weight 15.3 g.
