A couple of Villanovan plates
Etruria, 8th – 7th century BC; diam. cm 22 (8,7’’) and cm 23 (9’’); A pair of red impasto plates with everted rim and flat basin, engraved with geometrical and floral motif on the bottom; one of them with two holes for the attachment.
Restored.

PROVENANCE:
European private collection, acquired in the 1990s.
