Maximus Caesar, Sestertius struck under Maximinus I, Rome, AD 236-238; AE (g 16,82; mm 29; h 12); MAXIMVS CAES GERM, draped bust r., Rv. PRINCIPI IVVENTVTIS, Maximus standing l., holding baton and spear; behind him, two standards; in field, S - C. RIC 13; C 14.
Rare. A very nice portrait and a detailed reverse. Specimen without patina, extremely fine / good extremely fine.
