Sicily, Leontinoi, Tetradrachm, c. 455-422 BC; AR (g 17,04; mm 28; h 2); Laureate head of Apollo l., hair rolled behind neck, Rv. LEO–N–T–IN–ON, lion's head r., with jaws open and tongue protruding; around, four barley grains. SNG Budapest 188 (same obverse die); SNG Copenhagen 349.
Old cabinet tone, extremely fine.
