L VERVS AVG ARM PARTH MAX, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust r., Rv. TR P VIII IMP IIII - COS III, Jupiter standing l., with drapery over his arms, holding a thunderbolt over a togate figure of Marcus Aurelius, and holding a long scepter over a togate figure of Lucius Verus. Very rare, brownish patina, about extremely fine.
