IMP CAES P SEPT - GETA PIVS AVG, laureate head r., Rv. PONTIF TR P II COS II, Caracalla and Geta standing facing, holding spears and clasping hands; Geta is crowned by Liber, holding thyrse; Caracalla is crowned by Hercules, wearing lion’s skin and holding club; in ex. S C. RIC 155 var (no drapery on l. shoulder); C 143 var (same).
Very rare. Well centered specimen with a dark green patina; exceptionally detailed reverse, about extremely fine - extremely fine.
