A Russian Icon with silver oklad of the Virgin and Child - St. Petersburg 1898-1908

egg tempera on wood, silver oklad with cloisonné enamel, depicting "Virgin and Child". Fully hallmarked with 84 zolotniks (875/1000) silver marks, used in St. Peterburg from 1898 to 1908, assayer Aleksandr Nikolayevich Krollau. Dimensions 27 X 22.5 x 2.5 cm. Item condition grading: **** good.
