Daunian Askos, ca. 400 - 350 BC; height cm 11, diam. cm 4; Very nice small askos, is a shape of a stylized bird. Rare shape, abrasion on back. Provenance: Private collection, London; acquired in Brussels from Alara Gallery on 1994; formerly in an old German collection (Düsseldorf).
