18K gold and diamond ring; ; centered by an oval ruby flanked by two diamonds and encircled by diamonds; made in Italy during the eghties. Ruby weighing 1.30 ct, 2 oval-cut diamonds and 18 rectangular-cut diamonds weighing 2 ct, color grade G-H, clarity grade VVSI-VSI. Ring face 18x13 mm. Weight 5.8 gr. Size US 9. Item condition grading:**** Good. - Ce.S.Ar. Certificate.
