18K GOLD IVORY PENDANT; ; the pendant features an oversized ivory cameo carved in high relief, depicting holy image of blessed mother and jesus, resting within a yellow gold frame. The cameo, carved in high relief is hand made by GENTILI. Italian manifacture. Weight 56.4 gr. Dimensions:5,4 x 4,8 cm. Item condition grading:*****excellent
