Adhering to the 1938 regulation with eagle embroidered in gold on a scarlet red cloth of 85x80 mm, ribbed with bundles and laurel wreath edged with gold mouse tail, double tubular gilt cord, beautiful shape with Bulgarian visor. Inside the manufacturer's mark, S. cardia, Rome.
