Description

Waterman's Ideal, mechanical pencil and two fountain pens, ca. 1910-1920 ; ; rolled gold barrels and caps. The first pen, model 42, with 14k gold retractable nib, safety mechanism, bearing the words "Columbus 585", the barrel signed "Waterman's Ideal 18K.R." and logo, length 12.3 cm; the second pen with 14k gold nib bearing the word "Warranted 14K made in U.S.A.", the barrel signed "Waterman's Ideal 18K.R." and logo, length 12.7 cm; the mechanical pencil, unsigned, length 10.4 cm. Item condition grading: *** fair. The fountain pens have not been tested, they seems in good working order but they could need a minor overhauling and/or control before use.
