English sterling silver Georgian salver - London 1770, mark of JOHN CARTER II

of circulare shape with operwork rim, resting on three feet. Fully London 1770-1771, silversmith John Carter II (Ref. Jackson's page 57, Grimwade page 94 nr. 1215). Diameter 33.5 cm, height 3.8 cm. Weight 795 gr. Item condition grading: **** good.
