Original title of the artwork: Der Büsser. The title is printed on the lower right corner.
The print was realized by Johann Jacob Weber and it is part of the series Meisterwerke der Holzschneidekunst (original title: SECHZEHN HOLZSCHNITTE NACH GEMÄLDEN ARNOLD BÖCKLIN (MEISTERWERKE DER HOLZSCHNEIDEKUNST, NEUE FOLGE HEFT V) printed in 1898 and dedicated to Arnold Böcklin.
