La Chemise Enlevée is an original artwork realized by the French artist Benjamin Damman in 1909.
The artwork is an original etching after an important artwork by Fragonard. Proof of first state. Titled on the lower right, while "Fragonard" is written on the lower left.ì
Very beautiful and fresh impression representing an important artwork realized by the French Rococò artist Jean-François Fragonard in the XVIII century. The figures are very elegant and charming, and show a great sensuality.
The artwork was realized by Benjamin Damman (Dunkerque, 1835 - 1925) a French etcher and painter who worked in Paris. He was a pupil of Robert-Fleury and Desmet, and learned the etching technique from Charles Waltner. His artworks were exhibited at the Salon in 1877 and 1920.
Good conditions.
