Italian silver Chalice - Rome 18th Century, mark of Lorenzo De Caporali; ; body decorated with the symbols of passion such as winged putti, dice, pelican beating its breast, etc., gilded interior. Stamped with the silver warranty mark in use in Rome (Papal States) depicting the "crossed keys of St. Peter under a liturgical umbrella", silversmith Lorenzo de Caporali. Base diameter 12.7 cm, height 23.5 cm. Weight 437 gr. Item condition grading: **** good.
