After studying in Rome Santa Cecilia National Academy Gino Scolari and Opera School with Mario Basiola, debuted in 1945 in La Fanciulla del West by Giacomo Puccini at the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma. The following decade was the most active for Alvinio Misciano. In 2014, in his honor, in Narni it is organized the first edition of the "Festival Alvinio Misciano", promoted by the "Talents of Art" in collaboration with the Association "Republic of Narni" Musicanimus Association and the Town of Narni : the event consists of three concerts (Saturday, April 5 and Saturday, May 31 at the Teatro Comunale "Giuseppe Manini" and June 29 at the Auditorium San Domenico) performed by the Orchestra "Talents of Art" (twenty-five professionals with years of experience in orchestras and soloists) conducted by Marco Gatti.
