Born Jean Boyer, of French parents, became a dramatic lyric tenor Spanish, but the Italian artistic adoption by homogeneous voice, not particularly extensive but ductile. He studied in Milan and made her debut at the Teatro Sociale di Ostiglia October 24, 1927 as Pinkerton opera Madama Butterfly.
