Gregorio Leti (1630-1701), famous polygrapher from Milan, was one of the most characteristic figures of Italian libertinism, as well as the author of numerous works banned for their polemically anti-clerical content. Rare first edition, placed on the Index of prohibited books by decree of 28 March 1667.
