Antique 950‰ Solid Silver Tea & Coffee set with Kettle - Bardiès Gaston, Paris; ; 5 pieces tea and coffee set comprising of kettle on stand with burner (Height 43 cm Weight 2520 gr), coffee pot (Height 28 cm Weight 790 gr), teapot (Height 25 cm Weight 800 gr), sugar bowl (Height 18 cm Weight 430 gr) and milk jug (Height 15 cm Weight 290 gr), each engraved with the family crest of the Lanza family (Scalea, Italy). The set is exceptionally heavy and impressive, over 4.8 kilos of silver
All parts are Hallmarked with the French export mark "Mercury Head" and with the Maker's mark "G - fleur de lys- B" for Gaston Bardiés (Paris 1897-1914). Item Condition Grading *** Good, with some dings on the surface. Then wooden handle of the kettle has been previously restored.
