Description

After Agostino Carracci is an original double artwork realized in the end of the XVIII century. Burin on paper. Unique state. Passepartout included.

The artwork includes two different scenes, reproductions after Agostino Carracci (1557-1602). The first burin represents the artwork Satyr and Nymph; the second is the famous artwork Susanna e i Vecchioni. Both artworks were realized in the XVI century by Agostino Carracci, and the plates are from an edition of the end of the XVIII century.

The plates are in very good conditions.

Beautiful double composition representing two famous artworks realized by the Italian painter Agostino Carracci. The scene Satyr and Nymph is from the collection of Ollivier (1898), while the scene with Susanna e i Vecchioni is from the collection of Lion Millet (1896).
